Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tbsp quick-cooking oats
- 1 ½ tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 ½ tbsp salted butter, softened
Instructions
Prep: Preheat air fryer to 360°F / 180°C
Mix Filling: In a small bowl, combine blueberries, flour, lemon juice, and salt. Divide between two 1-cup ramekins
Make Topping: Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Work in softened butter with a fork until crumbly
Assemble: Sprinkle topping evenly over blueberry mixture in ramekins
Cook: Air fry until berries are hot and topping turns golden brown, 12-14 minutes
Note: Recipe works with any frozen fruit, adjusting cook time for larger fruit pieces
