Ingredients
- Refrigerated ravioli
- Italian breadcrumbs
- Pecorino Romano cheese
- Large egg
- Water
- Cooking spray
- Marinara sauce
Instructions
Prep: Whisk together egg and water in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, combine Italian breadcrumbs with grated Pecorino Romano cheese
Coat: Dip each ravioli first in the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture
Air Fry: Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Cook at 350°F / 176°C for 6 minutes, then flip ravioli and cook for 4 minutes more until golden brown and crispy
Serve: Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot with warmed marinara sauce for dipping
