Ingredients
- 2 large bananas, sliced ½ inch thick
- 1 tbsp salted butter, melted
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Instructions
Mix: Combine melted butter and vanilla extract in a small bowl
Season: In another bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon together
Prepare: Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray or line with parchment
Coat: Brush banana slices with butter mixture, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar blend
Cook: Air fry at 390°F / 198°C for 7-9 minutes until golden brown and caramelized
Serve: Allow to cool briefly before serving. Perfect over ice cream or yogurt
