Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp chipotle powder
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Prepare: Thoroughly rinse pumpkin seeds and pat completely dry with paper towels
Season: In a medium bowl, combine seeds with olive oil, chipotle powder, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated
Air Fry: Place in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 350°F / 176°C for 10-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cooking until seeds are golden and crispy
Finish: Remove from air fryer and let cool completely. Seeds will become crunchier as they cool
