Ingredients
- Fresh or canned pineapple, cut into bite-size pieces
- Bacon strips, cut to wrap around pineapple
- Brown sugar
- Toothpicks
- Parchment paper or foil
Instructions
Prepare Bacon: Cut bacon strips into lengths that will wrap fully around each pineapple chunk
Assemble: Carefully wrap each pineapple piece with bacon, securing with a toothpick
Sweeten (Optional): Gently roll each wrapped piece in brown sugar for added caramelization
Prepare Air Fryer: Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup
Cook: Air fry at 375°F / 190°C for 9-10 minutes, or until bacon becomes golden and crispy
Finish: Let cool slightly before serving warm as an appetizer
