Ingredients
- 1 stick butter softened (8 tbsp)
- ½ cup plus 2 tbsp brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Prep: Preheat air fryer to 370°F / 188°C
Mix Wet: In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg until well combined
Mix Dry: Gradually incorporate flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips
Pan Prep: Lightly coat a 6-inch pan with cooking spray. Press half the dough evenly into pan
Bake: Air fry for 10 minutes until edges are golden and center is set
Serve: Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm with ice cream if desired
Store: Store remaining dough in refrigerator for 3-5 days or freeze up to 3 months. Thaw overnight before using
