Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 large egg white, beaten
- 3 tsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
Mix: In a medium bowl, combine flour and Greek yogurt with a fork until a shaggy dough forms. Adjust consistency with additional flour or yogurt if needed
Shape: On a floured surface, knead dough 5-7 minutes until smooth. Divide into 4 portions. Roll each into 8-9 inch ropes about ¾-inch thick. Form bagels by connecting ends and pinching to seal
Prep: Preheat air fryer to 280°F / 137°C. Line basket with parchment or spray with cooking spray. Brush bagels with egg white and sprinkle with everything seasoning
Cook: Air fry bagels 15-16 minutes until golden brown. Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding
Finish: Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes before slicing
