Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Prepare: Pat pork chops completely dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil.
Season: In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, paprika and pepper. Press mixture firmly onto both sides of each chop.
Air Fry: Place chops in basket and cook at 375°F / 190°C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F or 63°C.
Rest: Transfer to a plate and let rest for 10 minutes before serving to keep juices locked in.
