Ingredients
- 1 13.8 oz tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 36 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
Prep: Preheat air fryer to 350°F / 176°C
Prepare: Unroll pizza dough and divide into 9 even rectangular pieces
Assemble: Layer 4 pepperoni slices and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese in the middle of each rectangle
Shape: Carefully fold dough over the filling and seal edges firmly, placing seam-side down
Season: Combine melted butter with garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl
Finish: Brush the seasoned butter mixture over each roll
Cook: Air fry for 8-10 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cooked through
