Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Parchment paper
Instructions
Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, and chopped fresh thyme. Season with salt, pepper, and optional cayenne to taste.
Prepare Cheese: Using a sharp knife, score the top of the brie in a crosshatch pattern. Place the wheel on a piece of parchment paper.
Season: Pour the honey-garlic mixture evenly over the scored brie, allowing it to seep into the cuts.
Air Fry: Place in air fryer and cook at 350°F / 176°C for 12 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melted through.
Serve: Carefully transfer to a serving plate and enjoy while hot with crackers or bread.
