Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup Frank's RedHot sauce
- Blue cheese dip for serving
- Celery sticks
Instructions
Prepare: Thoroughly pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine baking powder and salt, then toss wings until evenly coated
Cook: Arrange wings in a single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F / 204°C for 20-25 minutes, flipping wings halfway through cooking time
Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and hot sauce, whisking until well blended
Coat: Transfer hot wings to a large bowl and pour sauce over top. Toss until wings are thoroughly coated
Serve: Arrange on a platter with blue cheese dip and celery sticks on the side
