Ingredients
- 1 pound pork tenderloin (silver skin trimmed)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Prep: Preheat air fryer to 400°F / 204°C. Remove silver skin from tenderloin.
Season: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, parsley, seasoning salt, pepper, onion powder and paprika. Coat tenderloin with oil, then thoroughly rub with spice mixture.
Cook: Lightly oil air fryer basket. Place seasoned tenderloin in basket, cutting in half if needed for fit. Air fry for 8 minutes, then check and flip if needed. Continue cooking 7-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F or 63°C.
Rest: Allow pork to rest 5-10 minutes before slicing to keep juices locked in. Cut into medallions and serve.
