Ingredients
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 2 tbsp ghee or butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prep: In a bowl, combine melted ghee with garlic powder and turmeric to make the seasoning mixture.
Season: Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss thoroughly until evenly coated and golden yellow. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Air Fry: Place in air fryer basket and cook at 375°F / 190°C for 10-12 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking, until florets are golden brown and tender-crisp.
Serve: Transfer to serving dish and enjoy hot for best texture and flavor.
