Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Prepare: Set air fryer temperature to 400°F / 204°C and allow to preheat for 5 minutes
Season: In a large bowl, drizzle trimmed asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, tossing to coat evenly
Cook: Arrange seasoned asparagus in a single layer in air fryer basket, cook for 5-10 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp
Finish: Transfer to serving plate and optionally garnish with fresh lemon juice or grated Parmesan cheese
