Ingredients
- 3 sausages
- Puff pastry sheets
- Sesame seeds
- 1 egg for wash
- Cooking spray
Instructions
Prep: Carefully remove casings from sausages. Ensure puff pastry is fully thawed before starting
Assemble: Lay out pastry sheet and place sausage meat along one edge. Brush edge with beaten egg wash
Roll: Gently roll pastry around sausage, sealing the edge with egg wash to create a log
Cut & Finish: Slice log into 2-inch rolls. Brush tops with remaining egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Cook: Place in air fryer basket at 350°F / 176°C for 7-9 minutes until pastry is golden and puffed
