Ingredients
- 6 (6-inch) corn or flour tortillas
- Cooking spray
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- Salsa or guacamole for serving
Instructions
Prepare: Cut tortillas into 6 triangular wedges each. Lightly coat both sides with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt
Place: Arrange tortilla wedges in air fryer basket in a single layer with minimal overlap
Cook: Air fry at 350°F / 176°C for 5-6 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cooking time
Rest: Allow chips to cool completely to achieve maximum crispiness. Serve alongside your favorite salsa or guacamole
