Ingredients
- 4 bacon strips
- 4 large eggs
- ⅓ cup half-and-half cream
- Black pepper
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Green onions, chopped
- Cooking spray
Instructions
Prepare: Partially cook bacon until flexible but not crispy
Mix: In a bowl, combine 2 eggs with half-and-half and black pepper
Assemble: Shape bacon strips into circles inside ramekins
Fill: Sprinkle cheese and green onions, pour egg mixture, top each with whole egg
Cook: Air fry at 350°F / 176°C for 15-20 minutes until eggs are fully set
Serve: Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving
