Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper, to taste
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
Prepare: Toss halved brussels sprouts with olive oil and season generously with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Cook: Air fry at 380°F / 193°C for 18 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cooking until sprouts are crispy and charred in spots.
Mix Sauce: Combine fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve: Transfer hot brussels sprouts to serving bowl, drizzle with honey-mustard sauce, toss well and serve immediately.
