Ingredients
- 4 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Prep: Arrange cubed squash in a single layer in air fryer basket and lightly coat with olive oil spray.
Cook: Air fry at 340°F / 171°C for 20-23 minutes, shaking basket every 7-8 minutes.
Season: Mix onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt and brown sugar in a bowl.
Finish: Once squash is tender, drizzle with olive oil and toss with seasoning mixture.
Final Cook: Air fry 3-4 more minutes until spices are fragrant. Serve immediately while hot.
