Ingredients
- 15 oz can chickpeas
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried spices of your choice
Instructions
Preparation: Thoroughly drain the chickpeas and spread them on paper towels. Allow them to dry completely for best results.
Cooking: Place chickpeas in air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes at 380°F / 193°C until they become golden and crunchy.
Finishing: Transfer the hot chickpeas to a mixing bowl, lightly coat with olive oil, and immediately add your chosen seasonings while still warm.
