Ingredients
- 1 (14-oz) block firm tofu, cut into 1 ½" cubes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- ½ tbsp light soy sauce, or liquid aminos
- ½ tsp sesame oil, or any oil
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
Prep: Press and cube tofu. In a medium bowl, toss tofu with soy sauce to coat.
Season: Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper. Toss gently until evenly coated.
Air Fry: Arrange tofu in a single layer in air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces. Cook at 400°F / 204°C for 10 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy hot!
