Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- 1 ½ cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
- Cooking spray
Instructions
Make Batter: In a bowl, combine flour with spices and salt. Whisk in almond milk until smooth. Add panko to separate bowl.
Bread Cauliflower: Working in batches, dip florets in batter, then coat with panko.
Air Fry: Cook at 400°F / 204°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway. Spray with oil for extra crispiness.
Build Tacos: Fill tortillas with crispy cauliflower and favorite toppings like avocado, slaw, fresh cilantro, and spicy mayo.
