Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 tbsp Frank's RedHot Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp buttermilk
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare: Cut cauliflower head into evenly-sized florets, about 1-2 inches in size.
Mix Sauce: In a large bowl, combine Frank's RedHot sauce with melted butter, kosher salt, and garlic powder. Stir well.
Season: Add cauliflower florets to the sauce mixture and toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle cornstarch over florets and toss again to lightly coat.
Air Fry: Place seasoned florets in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 350°F / 176°C for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until cauliflower is tender and edges are crispy.
Make Dressing: While cauliflower cooks, combine crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, buttermilk, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve: Transfer hot cauliflower to serving plate and serve immediately with blue cheese dressing on the side.
