- 2 cups dill pickle slices
- ½ cup plain bread crumbs

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 large egg, whisked with 1 tbsp water
- Ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
Prepare: Thoroughly dry pickle slices using paper towels to ensure crispy results. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
Dredge: In a separate bowl, whisk egg with water. Dip each pickle slice in egg wash, then coat completely in bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Cook: Place breaded pickles in a single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F / 204°C for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Transfer to serving plate and let cool slightly. Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
