Ingredients
- 1 lb white or cremini mushrooms
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Prep: Clean mushrooms and trim stems. For any mushrooms larger than 2 inches, cut in half or quarters for even cooking.
Season: In a large bowl, combine mushrooms with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder and kosher salt, tossing until evenly coated.
Air Fry: Place mushrooms in air fryer basket at 400°F / 204°C. Cook for 12-14 minutes total, shaking basket every 4 minutes for even browning.
Finish: Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle generously with fresh chopped parsley.
