Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz) salmon fillets
- White miso paste
- Fresh ginger and garlic
- Soy sauce
- Maple syrup
- Sesame oil
- Olive oil
- Seasonings
Instructions
Prepare: In a bowl, whisk together white miso paste, minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, maple syrup and sesame oil until well combined
Marinate: Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over top. Let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour
Cook: Place marinated salmon in air fryer basket and cook at 400°F / 204°C for 8-12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork
Serve: Transfer to plates and garnish with additional sesame seeds if desired
