Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets 6-8 oz each
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare Glaze: Combine honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a mixing bowl until well blended. Reserve for basting.
Prep Salmon: Thoroughly pat salmon filets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Prepare Air Fryer: Line air fryer basket with foil for easier cleanup. Preheat to 400°F / 204°C for 3 minutes.
Air Fry: Place seasoned salmon in basket and carefully pour glaze over filets. If using minced garlic, arrange it around rather than on top of the salmon to prevent burning. Air fry 4-8 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
Check Doneness: Test salmon with a fork - it should flake easily when fully cooked.
Serve: Transfer salmon to plates and spoon remaining glaze from the foil over top for extra flavor.
