Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- ½ cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- Seasonings (garlic, salt, cayenne)
- Cooking spray
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
Prepare: Create three shallow dishes - one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one combining panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese
Bread: Working one at a time, coat each fillet in flour, dip in egg wash, then press into breadcrumb mixture
Cook: Place breaded fillets in air fryer basket at 400°F / 204°C for 8-10 minutes until coating is golden brown and fish flakes easily
Finish: Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges, adding extra seasoning if desired
