Ingredients
- ½ lb scallops
- 1 tsp salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp softened butter
Instructions
Prep: Preheat air fryer to 400°F / 204°C. Pat scallops completely dry with paper towels. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Season: Season scallops on all sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon pepper seasoning.
Cook: Place seasoned scallops in prepared air fryer basket. Cook for 3 minutes, then flip and cook additional 3 minutes until opaque and lightly golden.
Finish: Transfer scallops to serving plate and toss with softened butter. Serve immediately.
