Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 quart water
- ¼ cup baking soda
- Pretzel salt
- Cooking spray
- Parchment paper
Instructions
Prepare: Unroll crescent dough and shape into crescents. In a pot, bring water to a boil and carefully stir in baking soda
Dip: Using a slotted spoon, briefly submerge each crescent in the baking soda solution for 5 seconds
Arrange: Place crescents on parchment-lined air fryer basket, leaving space between each. Sprinkle generously with pretzel salt
Cook: Air fry at 350°F / 176°C for 12 minutes until deeply golden brown
Serve: Transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy while warm for the best pretzel-like texture
