Ingredients
- 1 large russet potato
- 1 tsp canola oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
Prep: Slice potato lengthwise into ¼-inch matchsticks. In a bowl, combine with oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper
Cook: Place in air fryer basket and cook at 375°F / 190°C for 7 minutes
Turn: Carefully flip or shake the fries, then continue cooking for another 7 minutes until golden brown and crispy
Serve: Transfer to serving dish and season with additional salt while still hot
