Ingredients
- 1 pound medium carrots
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 lemon
- Fresh dill or parsley
Instructions
Prepare: Slice carrots into 3-inch segments, cutting thicker ends in half lengthwise for even cooking
Season: Combine carrots with olive oil, kosher salt, and garlic powder until evenly coated
Cook: Air fry at 360°F / 182°C for 10-12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until carrots are tender with slight charring
Garnish: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over carrots and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Serve hot with lemon wedges
