Ingredients
- 2 lbs russet potatoes
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- Dipping sauce of choice
Instructions
Prep: Slice potatoes into thick wedges. Submerge in cold water and soak for 20 minutes. Pat completely dry with paper towels.
Season: Combine wedges with 2 tbsp oil and salt in a large bowl, tossing to coat evenly.
Cook: Place wedges in air fryer basket and cook at 380°F / 193°C for 20 minutes. Shake basket halfway through cooking.
Season Again: Remove basket and toss wedges with remaining oil and Old Bay seasoning.
Finish: Return to air fryer for 10-15 minutes until wedges are deeply golden and crispy.
Serve: Transfer to serving plate and enjoy hot with your preferred dipping sauce.
