Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (optional)
- salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon wedge, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Season: Combine halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, optional Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Initial Cook: Add seasoned potatoes to air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F / 204°C for 10 minutes.
Final Cook: Toss potatoes and continue cooking at 400°F / 204°C for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and tender.
Garnish: Transfer to serving dish, squeeze fresh lemon juice over top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
