- 2 large sweet potatoes

Instructions
Prepare: Wash sweet potatoes and cut them into even-sized wedges for consistent cooking.
Season: Lightly coat the wedges with olive oil spray. Sprinkle with lemon-garlic seasoning, ground coriander, and a pinch of salt, ensuring even coverage.
Cook: Place wedges in a single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F / 204°C for 13-15 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through cooking time.
Finish: Remove from air fryer and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Serve: Enjoy hot with optional Greek yogurt ranch dip on the side.
