Ingredients
- 4 ears corn
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- Extra salt for serving
Instructions
Prepare: Remove husks and silk from corn. If needed, cut ears in half to fit air fryer basket
Season: Brush corn evenly with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt
Cook: Air fry at 400°F / 204°C for 6-8 minutes, rotating halfway through, until corn is tender and lightly charred
Serve: Top hot corn with butter and season with additional salt to taste
