Ingredients
- 4 medium russet or Idaho potatoes
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray
- Optional: toppings (sour cream, butter, chives, etc)
Instructions
Prepare: Pierce potatoes several times with a fork on all sides.
Season: Lightly coat each potato with olive oil spray and sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt.
Cook: Place potatoes in air fryer basket and cook at 400°F / 204°C for 35-40 minutes, rotating halfway through. Potatoes are done when easily pierced with a knife.
Rest & Serve: Let potatoes rest 2-3 minutes. Cut open, fluff with a fork, and add remaining salt and pepper. Top as desired with butter, sour cream, chives or your favorite toppings.
