Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp neutral oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- Butter and seasonings for serving
Instructions
Prepare: Thoroughly wash sweet potatoes and pat dry. Using a fork, pierce the skin multiple times around each potato
Season: Coat the entire surface of each potato with oil and sprinkle evenly with salt
Cook: Place in air fryer basket and cook at 400°F / 204°C for 35-40 minutes until easily pierced with a fork
Serve: Cut potatoes lengthwise, fluff the inside with a fork, and add butter and your favorite seasonings
