Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 (6 oz) skin-on salmon fillets
Instructions
Prep: Preheat air fryer to 390°F / 200°C
Prepare Fish: Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and lightly mist with cooking spray
Season: Combine Cajun seasoning and brown sugar, then press flesh side of fillets into mixture
Cook: Spray air fryer basket and place salmon skin-side down. Mist tops lightly with cooking spray
Air Fry: Cook for 8 minutes until salmon flakes easily
Rest: Let salmon rest for 2 minutes before serving
Note: For well-done salmon, add 1-2 minutes cooking time, being careful not to overcook
