Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp (26-30 count)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
- Cocktail sauce for serving
Instructions
Prepare: Remove shells and devein shrimp if needed. Create three shallow dishes: one with flour and seasoning salt, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs
Bread: Working in batches, coat each shrimp first in seasoned flour, then dip in egg wash, and finally press into panko breadcrumbs to coat completely
Season: Lightly spray the breaded shrimp with cooking spray to help achieve golden browning
Cook: Place in air fryer at 400°F / 204°C for 6-8 minutes until coating is golden and shrimp are cooked through
Serve: Transfer to serving plate and enjoy hot with cocktail sauce
