Ingredients
- 16 oz Top Sirloin Filet (cut into bite size pieces)
- ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Onion Powder
- 1 ½ Tbsp Butter
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- ¼ tsp Parsley Flakes
Instructions
Prep: Combine steak pieces with olive oil in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar with all seasonings and thoroughly coat the steak pieces
Preheat: Heat air fryer to 400°F / 204°C for 5 minutes
Cook: Place seasoned steak in air fryer basket and cook for 4-6 minutes at 400°F / 204°C until desired doneness is reached
Sauce: Meanwhile, prepare garlic butter sauce by melting butter and stirring in garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and parsley
Finish: Toss cooked steak bites in the prepared garlic butter sauce before serving
Note: Recipe works with round steak, flank steak, or skirt steak. Adjust cooking time for thinner cuts
