Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen french fries
- ¼ tsp kosher salt (optional)
- Ketchup for serving
Instructions
Prepare: Arrange frozen fries in air fryer basket in a single layer - fries can touch but avoid overlapping
Cook: Air fry at 400°F / 204°C according to fry type: Shoestring (9-10 min), Curly/Steak Cut (10-12 min), Waffle (12-14 min), or Crinkle/Straight Cut (18-20 min)
Toss: Halfway through cooking time, pause and gently shake basket to ensure even crisping
Finish: Remove when golden brown and immediately season with salt if desired. Serve hot with ketchup
