Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Season: Toss green beans with oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Air Fry: Cook at 380°F / 193°C for 8-10 minutes until crisp-tender, shaking halfway.
Finish: Toss with lemon zest and serve with lemon wedges.
