Ingredients
- Bacon slices
- Sriracha sauce
- Pure maple syrup
Instructions
Prepare: Preheat air fryer to 325°F / 162°C.
Cook: Place bacon in a single layer and air fry for 10 minutes.
Turn: Carefully flip each bacon slice and continue cooking for 8 minutes.
Glaze: In a small bowl, combine sriracha and maple syrup. Brush the mixture evenly over each bacon slice.
Finish: Air fry for 1 final minute until bacon is crispy and glaze is caramelized.
